Summary
In this episode, I am joined by Ralph DiBenedetto, who followed in his grandfather’s and father’s service footsteps by enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps right after high school. Ralph served as an anti-tank assaultman at Camp Lejeune for seven years before transitioning to civilian life. He pursued a criminal justice degree, which led him to work in private investigations and eventually in recruitment at a staffing firm. Ralph’s dedication to professional growth and seizing training opportunities led him to his current role as a Senior Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Specialist with the Direct Employers Association.
Join Ralph and Gene as they explore the importance of having a plan and asking questions to successfully navigate a post-military career.
Be sure to listen to Gene’s business tip at the end of the podcast. Gene shares why it may be time to change up your routine.
