Cary Campbell is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer. Along with his service as a veteran, Cary is also experienced in program management—with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. He is currently employed by CareerSource West Palm Beach (the nonprofit agency chartered by Florida to lead workforce development in the county) as the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Specialist.

Cary Campbell is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer. Along with his service as a veteran, Cary is also experienced in program management—with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. He has grown his skills in career development, coaching, team building, and public speaking. Moreover, Cary earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix while serving in the military. Since then, he has developed into a strong professional in community and social services, focusing on business management.

Cary is currently employed by CareerSource West Palm Beach (the nonprofit agency chartered by Florida to lead workforce development in the county) as the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Specialist. Specifically, CareerSource Palm Beach County serves a region of 1.3 million persons. Through the provision of a comprehensive range of services for both employers and job seekers, the organization links business with talent. CareerSource has also helped 28,000 locals find employment in the past program year—from entry-level jobs to executive positions—with a local economic effect of $560 million in yearly salaries. The company provides free seminars, facilities, and advising for career development and job search, as well as grants for training in employment skills. Its Center for Business Excellence for employers is presently in Boca Raton.
