Kim Lott, a former U.S. Navy veteran, oversees the Veterans’ Program at CareerSource Palm Beach County, where auxiliary services are easily accessible to people with disabilities and equal opportunity is a given for veterans. As she has served her country, Kim has been helping veterans find jobs since the early 2000s and helping businesses find the qualified and engaged workers they need for long-term success.
A former veteran of the U.S. Navy, Kim Lott serves as the Supervisor of the Veterans’ Program at CareerSource Palm Beach County. Kim’s job consists of helping connect businesses in Palm Beach County, Florida, with U.S. military veteran talent. She aspires to continue using her and CareerSource’s services to help veterans (current and retired) reach their professional goals and to allow businesses to find the qualified and dedicated workers they need for long-term success.
Having graduated from Saint Leo University before serving as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy for almost 10 years, Kim garnered the analytics and supervisory skills she needed before starting her job as a Career Consultant at CareerSource Florida back in 2019. Since then, Kim has flourished in helping the local veterans of the Palm Beach community seek career representation and equal opportunity for employment.
